2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 326 of 2025 dated 30.11.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 126(2), 115(2) and 103(1) of B.N.S.

3. As per the allegation, this petitioner along with seven others assaulted the son and father of the informant resulting into death of the father of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has falsely been implicated in this case. It has been further submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and referring to the impugned order as well as

No.18913 of 2026(2) dt.25-03-2026 2/2 Annexure-P/3, as regards the discussion of the opinion regarding the cause of death as per post-mortem report, wherein the opinion has been kept reserved and the injuries are abrasions in nature and the deceased was aged about 68 years. Moreover, the post-mortem report as such is not substantiated by other respective allegations. It has been further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 30.11.2025 having no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Banka in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 326 of 2025.

7. The application stands allowed.
