The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341,448,323,324,504,307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioners and co accused Nagendra Singh came when the petitioner Akhilesh Kumar threw some corrosive substance and thereafter the petitioner Raushan Singh assaulted with garasa on the head of the informant indiscriminately, thereafter the petitioner Akilesh and co accused Nagendra assaulted the son of the informant with garasa on his

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35806 of 2015 (2) dt.04-09-2015 2/2 head. It is further alleged that the accused persons snatched gold chain of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is specific of causing injury on the head but injury report reflects no injury on the head and most of the injuries have been found to be simple in nature. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 537 of 2014 pending in the court of learned JM Ist Class, Danapur. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
