JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 147 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has clean antecedent. Petitioner has not been put on Test Identification Parade. He is not named in the written report. His name has come in the confessional statement of co-accused.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
