The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No.104 of 2017 registered under Sections 323 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Regard being had to the nature of offence and the submission that due to matrimonial discord and incompatibility, the instant case has been instituted in which cognizance has been taken inter alia under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55366 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar in connection with Complaint Case No.104 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
