The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 312 of 2016 registered under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Neither there is any specific allegation against the petitioner nor there is any recovery from the petitioner. Petitioner is only a part time employee of Blizzard Express and he has no concern with the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

No.3519 of 2017 (2) dt.15-02-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Smt. Divya Mita, Judicial Magistrate,1st Class, Patna in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case no. 312 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
