2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 326, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, on 20.05.2024 at about 2:30 PM, these petitioners, in intoxicated state, and one coaccused Kunti Devi abused and assaulted daughter of informant. It is further alleged that when husband of informant objected, he was brutally assaulted by petitioners, causing severe injuries to him.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Doctor has found
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20764 of 2025(2) dt.23-04-2025 2/2 the injury simple in nature. Petitioner no. 1 has got clean antecedent, whereas petitioner no. 2 has got one criminal antecedent, in which, he is on bail.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and nature of injury, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No.265 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
