The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A) and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The statement of victim has been recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. in which, she specifically stated that petitioner took her to a temple on her initiative and afterthat she solemnized her marriage with petitioner by her own sweet will. The victim disclosed her age as 19 years and the Medical Board found her between 16 to 18 years.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten
