The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Special Case (Excise) No.775 of 2021 arising out of Khushrupur P.S. Case No. 51 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The petitioners have one criminal antecedent under the provisions of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) BT/- U T
