The petitioner filed this Criminal Miscellaneous for modification of the order dated 10.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.40473 of 2015 by which, the petitioner and Khushbu Devi were granted anticipatory bail by this court but the petitioner could not be able to surrender. It appears that the order passed on 10.11.2015 but the petitioner did not surrender in the court below for about three years, and thereafter, she filed petition for modification of the aforesaid order and extension of time for surrender. There appears no justification that in spite of the fact that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail, she remained negligent and casual. Therefore, the modification petition is dismissed.
