Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 376, 323 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of the POCSO Act. There is specific allegation of rape against the petitioner on a minor girl.

Therefore, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Bath P.S. Case no. 08/2016 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge I- cum- Special Judge POCSO Act, Bhagalpur stands rejected.
