The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 1135 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.12.2018. He further submits that allegation against the petitioner is that from his possession one live cartridge was recovered.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is remained in custody for more than three months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17698 of 2019(2) dt.26-03-2019 2/2 bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 1135 of 2018.
