Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while he has been punished by the impugned order with simple warning. The pay for the suspension period apart from subsistence allowance have also been withheld, which could not have been the part under punishment.

Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that he may be granted last chance to file reply.

Ten days time is granted to file reply failing which the reply shall be taken on record only on payment a sum of Rs. 20,000/- as cost to be paid to the counsel for the petitioner and recoverable from the officer-in-charge.
