This application has been filed for quashing the entire criminal prosecution against the petitioner arising out of Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 202/2015 including the order dated 30.07.2016 passed by the learned C.J.M. Patna for the offence under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120(B) of the IPC. The application for discharge is already pending before the Court below.

The stage has changed and no useful purpose will be served by hearing this application.
