Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of one loaded country made pistol and one live cartridge from his possession.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case on mere suspicion only. Petitioner has been remanded in this case from Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 186 of 2021. Petitioner is in custody since 05.08.2021.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon

No.20264 of 2022(2) dt.11-07-2022 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending, in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 344 of 2021, with following conditions:-

(1) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below.
