JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the Bolero vehicle of the informant was stolen which was subsequently recovered from the door of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that since the petitioner did not agree to sale the land in favour of the informant, hence, malicious case has been lodged. Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 58 of 2012 pending

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2866 of 2013 (4) dt.06-02-2015 in the court of learned C.J.M., Gopalganj.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
