The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ara (Nawada) P.S. Case No.524 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that this petitioner appeared in the physical test for the post of constable impersonating another candidate. It has been submitted that this petitioner has been implicated merely on suspicion. He is in custody since 08.08.2018 having clean antecedent and so he deserves bail. The learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the submission.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58817 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer of bail is allowed. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara (Nawada) P.S. Case No.524 of 2018.
