2. The present application has been filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. for quashing of the order dated 19.07.2018 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Munger in Cri. Rev. No. 45/2017 by which the learned Sessions Judge has refused the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 239 Cr.P.C. and also the order dated 21.07.2015 passed by learned CJM, Munger in Kotwali P.S. Case No. 62 of 2015 (G.R. No. 478/2015) under Sections 420, 406 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It has been informed by the learned District Court vide Letter dated 29.08.2025 that the trial has already

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58503 of 2018(2) dt.16-09-2025 2/2 progressed and is at the stage of evidence in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 62 of 2015 (G.R. No. 478/2015).

4. In view of the changed stage of trial, the present quashing application stands consigned with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy.
