2. In compliance with the order of this Court Mr. Shashi Sekhar, the Branch Manager, State Bank of india, Chainpur, Chapra is present.

3. It has been apprised to this Court that on 07.02.2025, the admissible amount, pursuant to the order of this Court, has already been credited in the account of the petitioner.

4. At this stage, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the amount in question remain kept pending for over a decade and more but no interest has been accorded over the amount, though there is admitted delay. For the said purpose he seeks liberty to move before the concerned authorities.

5. Considering the fact that the order of this Court has
