The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 220 of 2021 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that the name of the petitioner has been transpired only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
