2. In view of the petitioner not having availed of the remedy of revision against the order

Patna High Court CWJC No.5540 of 2022 dt.29-09-2022 2/2 cancelling his license as also the appellate order affirming the same, we do not wish to entertain the present petition.

3. The petition is disposed off with an observation that in case a revision petition is filed before the concerned authority within a period of 30 days, the concerned authority, after giving reasonable opportunity to the petitioner to present his cause, shall pass a reasoned order within a further period of 60 days.
