JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 30-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Saksohra P.S. Case No. 09 of 2016, registered under Sections 498(A), 341, 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of torturing, causing assault to the informant by her husband. It is further alleged that father-in-law and mother-in-law of the informant also used to assist her husband to cause assault her.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners being the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the informant have been implicated in this case with false allegation that they used to assist the husband of the informant to cause assault her. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case,
