2. This petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 16.04.2018 passed by learned Additional Sessions JudgeI, Patna in Special Case No. 187 of 2016, arising out of Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 295 of 2016, whereby and whereunder the Court concerned has framed the charge against the petitioner u/s 341, 376, 511 of I.P.C. and Section 66A of I.T. Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of as it has become infructuous.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
