The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A), 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other co-accused persons kidnapped the minor daughter of informant.

It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that now the matter has been compromised between the parties and the victim girl solemnized marriage with the petitioner and out of the said wedlock there is one child also. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

No.22255 of 2023(2) dt.06-07-2023 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 287 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
