It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that due to typographical error in the petition, in place of Sri Ashutosh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Barh, it was wrongly mentioned as learned C.J.M., Patna.

Let, in the operative portion of the order dated 09.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20814 of 2015, Sri Ashutosh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Barh be read in place of learned C.J.M., Patna.

Further, the period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below is extended by another four weeks from today. The order dated 09.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20814 of 2015 is modified to the extent, as indicated above. The modification application is allowed.
