Petitioner seeks bail in a case, initially, registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 412 of the Indian Penal Code was added. Taking into consideration that looted motorcycle was recovered from the house of the petitioner and apart from this petitioner carries criminal antecedent of two cases, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Banka (Panjwara) P.S. Case No. 704 of 2015 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka stands rejected.
