Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 191 of 2016 registered under Sections 147,148,149,448,341,323,325,307,379,427 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that the allegation is general and omnibus against this petitioner. The injury sustained by all the injured were simple except of the informant Krishna Kumar Mishra whose one of the teeth was broken. From the written report itself it appears that no any specific overt act has been leveled against the petitioner. The petitioner is named as a member of the unlawful assembly.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7046 of 2017 (2) dt.21-02-2017 prayer of anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed. The petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within period of six weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Samastipur in connection with Sarairanjan P.S.
