The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 1524 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 384, 379, 448, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation that the petitioner along with one Sandeep Kumar and others demanded reagdari from the informant and on non-payment of the same, they assaulted him and snatched his mobile and Rs.10,000/- from the counter of the shop, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
