Petitioners seek bail in Sasaram (Dorigaon) P.S. Case No.746 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304 (B), 201/34 Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for petitioners submits that petitioner No.1 is father-in-law and petitioner No.2 is Dewar (brother-in-law) of the deceased. They are in custody since 16.05.2018. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners in the written report.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59343 of 2018 (2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Sasaram (Dorigaon) P.S. Case No.746 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioners.
