The present application has been filed for restoration of CWJC No. 5865 of 2019 which was dismissed for nonprosecution on 02.12.2019. For the reasons made in this application, the prayer made therein for restoration is allowed and, as a consequence, CWJC No. 5865 of 2019 is restored to its original file. The application stands allowed accordingly.
