This application for anticipatory bail arises out of C-III-329 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Since the petitioner has four criminal antecedents of similar nature, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
