Two bail petitions are being heard together and disposed of by common order as two cases arise in Dumra P.S. Case No. 166 of 2014, registered under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43930 of 2014 (4) dt.15-04-2015 The petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law and gotini of the victm and there is allegation of demand and subjected to cruelty and victim was done to death by hanging. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is specific allegation against the husband of the victim and who is in jail custody.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender in the court below within a period four weeks from today shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 166 of 2014, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C. and further condition that petitioners will appear on each and every date fixed in this case.
