The petitioner is accused in connection with Naugachia P.S. Case No. 07 of 2014 registered under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. rather in course of investigation the name of the petitioner has come on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Dhananjay Mishra except that there is nothing against him. It is further submitted that petitioner is accused in one another case, in which, he is on bail and is in custody since 01.02.2014.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27557 of 2016 (2) dt.11-07-2016 the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Naugachia, Bhagalpur, in connection with Naugachia P.S. Case No. 07 of 2014. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
