This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Desari P.S. Case No.311 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 108, 123 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

From the F.I.R. it appears that the deceased took illicit liquor and has suffered its consequences and subsequently died. The petitioner is in custody since 30.10.2024.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20361 of 2025(3) dt.12-05-2025 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur/ concerned Court below, in connection with Desari P.S. Case No.311 of 2024.
