JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for quashing the order dated 26.08.2013, passed by District Magistrate, Sheikhpura and further the order dated 16.08.2014, passed by Divisional Commissioner, Munger in Service Appeal No.33 of 2013 by issuing a writ or writs, direction or directions."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even if this Court directs that the order of punishment dated 26.08.2013, shall be construed to be not
