2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with the Refinery P.S. Case No. 18 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have committed murder of the deceased. Petitioner is in custody since 23.04.2024.

4. The deceased was the roommate of the petitioner. The company officials found him unconscious and they took him to the hospital for treatment where he was declared brought dead.

5. In the post-mortem report, it has come that there

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18586 of 2025(2) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 were external injury on the neck of the deceased and he died due to asphyxia. It has also come during investigation that apart from the petitioner, no one was staying in the room with the deceased.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. This application for regular bail is, accordingly, rejected again.

7. The Superintendent of Police, Begusarai is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses in the trial so that the trial may not be delayed.

8. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai through FAX for its compliance.
