Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 380 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 379, 511, 341, 323, 354B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is named in the confessional statement of the co-accused as having been involved in the theft of the Scooty belonging to a girl.

Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29425 of 2021(2) dt.24-03-2022 2/2 the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
