1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in Bhairoganj P. S. Case No. 72 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 109, 126(2), 308(2), 191 and 190 of the BNS, 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had earlier moved this Court seeking regular bail by filing Criminal Miscellaneous No. 57666 of 2025 which came to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20690 of 2026(2) dt.08-05-2026 2/3 be rejected by an order dated 24.02.2026, with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the liberty granted, the instant regular bail application has been filed. It is further submitted that charges stand framed against the petitioner by an order dated 27.02.2026, as would manifest from Annexure-3 to the regular bail application. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Bhairoganj P. S. Case No. 72 of 2025.

7. One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his father namely Sharda Yadav.

8. It is made clear that if the learned Trial Court comes to a conclusion that petitioner, after his release, is trying to delay the trial in any manner, in that event, the learned Trial

9. Accordingly, the instant regular bail application stands allowed.
