2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 463 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner is accused of killing the deceased. There is no injury in the post-mortem report. The petitioner and the deceased are own brother.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. There is a land dispute between the parties. The petitioner is in custody since 01.12.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Bakhri P.S.
