2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 365, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution story, on 03.08.2023 one Ajeet Kumar took away the informant's daughter from Khemni Chak with an intention to marry her.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the sister of the co-accused Ajit Kumar and learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she is not named in the FIR and that the victim was recovered by the police and statement of the victim was recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22164 of 2024(2) dt.04-04-2024 2/2 petitioner has got her family and he opposed the relation between the brother and petitioner. Petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of this application.
5. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned lower Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 496 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438
(2) of the Cr.P.C.
