Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-272 & 272 of the Indian Penal Code and 47 of the Excise Act.
Petitioner and two others were caught on the spot while they were trying to flee from there; however, the alleged recovery appears to have been made from behind the hut of Raundi Manjhi. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 18-05-2016.
