Patna High Court CWJC No.5675 of 2024(2) dt.27-06-2024 2/2 "That this is an application for issuance of writ / writs, order/ orders, direction/directions in the nature of mandamus for commanding and directing the respondents to remove the encroachment over Khata No. 707 Kheshra No. 4192 area 29 decimal situated in the village Keshopur, Babhangawa P.S. Case No. 389 Circle Paro recorded in Khatiyan as Gairmaarua Bihar Sarkar and known as Brahmsthan the only worship place of villagers which has been encroached by the Respondent No.5 to 13 and further prayer to develop that very place of worship."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Paroo, District- Muzaffarpur for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
