Considering the nature of allegations and the nature of injury, prayer for bail in respect of petitioner No 1 Md Muntaseer and petitioner No 2 Md Mumtaz is rejected with an observation that they may surrender before the Court below and pray for regular bail which would be dealt with on its own merit without being prejudiced by order of this Court.
So far as petitioner No 3 Md Barique and petitioner No
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41561 of 2014 (2) dt.10-04-2015 4 Md Mubarak are concerned, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, they shall be released on bail on each of them furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in Darbhanga PS Case No 187 of 2014 dated 26.05.2014 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
