2. This writ application has been filed for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities to pay compensation for the land of the petitioners which was acquired for construction of of road.
3. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State and in paragraph No. 10, it is stated that they could not get the supporting documents which were demanded from the petitioners in order to demarcate the land in question.
4. In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioners to file fresh
Patna High Court CWJC No.11164 of 2015(7) dt.08-01-2024 2/2 representation along with all the necessary documents in support of their claim before the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Patna (Respondent No. 3) within a period of two weeks from today.
5. In the event such representation is filed within the stipulated time, the same shall be taken into consideration and thereafter final decision shall be taken after hearing the parties in accordance with law with regard to payment of compensation.
6. Writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
