2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 753 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 137(2)/96 of the B.N.S. and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have kidnapped the victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 06.12.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has

6. From the statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 of B.N.S.S., it appears that the victim and the petitioner were in relationship and the victim had eloped with the petitioner.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Siwan/concerned Court below in connection with Basantpur P.S.
