Petitioner who is an accused in one more case as is evident from para-3 of the bail petition along with others were apprehended by the police in the wee hours and during course of search, two puria of Ganja, a knife to facilitate cutting of Ganja and Chilam were seized for which petitioner is under custody since 13.03.2016.

Accordingly, petitioner, Gautam Pandey is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) PS Case No. 147/2016.
