Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 985 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegations levelled in the first information report is absolutely false and baseless. As a matter of fact, it is the informant who subjected this petitioner to cruelty and for that petitioner has filed a matrimonial suit also for divorce. Petitioner always kept the informant with full dignity and honour and also met all her monetary needs.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Nawada P.S.
