The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 395 of 2015 registered under Section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the present case has been lodged as a counter blast to Ballia P.S. Case No. 394 of 2015. Petitioner is a cancer patient. Co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 17.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31533 of 2016.
