Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 373 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The deceased was found dead in his house and the petitioner was suspected of killing the deceased. There is no material to connect the petitioner with the crime as the deceased died in his house and no one has seen either entering or exiting the petitioner from the house.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is also allowed.

Case No. 373 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
