2. The petitioner is in custody since 14.05.2016 in connection with Khagaria Excise P.S. Case No. 173C 3 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Section 47(A) of the Bihar Excise Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with recovery of 9 litres of foreign liquor and 13.2 litres of country made liquor. Petitioner denies of having committed any offence as alleged and no recovery has been made from his conscious possession. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten
