2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 325 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 2 (1) (x) of the Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act registered in connection with Kuchai Kote P.S. Case No.176 of 2014.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated.
4. Having regard to the statutory bar of section 18 of the Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, the present petition is not maintainable and it is accordingly dismissed.
